PayPal is seeking a Global Partner Management Director in Dublin, Ireland.
The Director, GPM EMEA Operations will be responsible for overseeing world class sales and service delivery to PayPal customers by leading key vendor partner management. This individual will be responsible for leading day-to-day functions in order to manage strategic projects, vendor relationships, KPIs and the budget. This person will work closely with senior management across the organization to ensure high sales and service performance, continuous improvement, consistency, collaboration and the implementation of best practices across all sites and programs. This role also incorporates a high degree of relationship management and forms the link between EMEA leadership, BU, OE department and various Operations business units to include Risk, Financial Services and Compliance. The primary goal is to ensure that resources are fully optimized and aligned to meet the business units’ strategic objectives.
