Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Director, Internal and Enterprise Communications in Dallas, TX.
This position provides strategic communication counsel to achieve leadership objectives and employee engagement across Kimberly-Clark’s internal and enterprise priorities, and major programs to drive business and function results (e.g., K-C Big 4, annual OGSIM priorities, strategic business plan, enterprise initiatives, change agendas, functional programs, enterprise meetings, etc.). This position builds employee pride, strengthens corporate brand reputation and is a culture champion.
Key customers for this position are the Global Senior Leadership Team, selected functional leaders, and Global Communications Leadership Team Members. The incumbent works closely with other Communications team members, enterprise, business, functional and regional leaders to align communication strategies, align and coordinate communication calendars and provide counsel and advice. The incumbent also leads and directs exceptional execution and implementation of internal functional and enterprise programs.
