The Pharma Implementation Manager translates opportunities presented by the Business Development/Pharma Sales group or Pharma Account Management group into business activities that satisfy the requirements of both external clients and internal partners. This position is a very critical component to the overall success of the Pharma Sales and Account Management team at Accredo. The implementation of new Pharma programs will leave our client with lasting impressions as well as dictate the success of the Acct. Mgmt team in maintaining that relationship. The Implementation Manager is ultimately responsible for making sure that all the requirements and needs of the client and internal business teams are met and balanced appropriately.
