Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic, driven and highly detail-oriented individual to join the Marketing & Digital Strategy Organization as Director of Marketing, based at the corporate office in Dallas, Texas. The candidate will be directly driving marketing for and supporting some of our most critical properties and managing a team of people who manage marketing, each for a subset of these properties. They will serve as the main point of contact for the resort’s marketing needs, into the marketing and digital organization. They will need to set in motion and follow through the right strategy and programs for all properties, with the help and support from the rest of the marketing and digital strategy organization, key agency partners and beyond. The candidate will need to have strong strategic skills as well as the ability to dive deep into each key marketing element, when needed.
