The mission of the Director of Product Improvement will be to protect and advance the brand quality, owner investment and customer experience of the Focused Service brands by being the point person for the global implementation of product improvement plans and variances to brand standards. The Team Member will serve as the key point of contact for owners and operators for the approval and negotiation of all product improvement plans for change of ownership transactions, end of term relicensing and brand conversions.
