The Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for guiding and overseeing the full-cycle talent acquisition process. Creates and implements talent acquisition strategies to support organizational goals and priorities. Builds partnerships with leaders to advance talent acquisition initiatives. Delivers education and training for hiring managers regarding talent acquisition methods and relevant regulatory requirements. Creates and manages the employer brand while supporting organization brand initiatives. Implements best practices to attract rich talent pools including search engine optimization, social media recruiting, search engine marketing campaigns, etc. Ensures internal customer satisfaction through transparent and efficient processes. Ensures quality candidate experience through continuous evaluation and improvement of application, screening, and onboarding process. Builds talent pipelines for future growth. Continuously develops and enhances personal and team capabilities. Develops new programs to attract and grow talent. Ensures compliance with EEOC, OFCCP, ADA and all other regulatory agencies. Develops and monitors Affirmative Action Plan.
