The Salvation Army is seeking a Director of Business Operations in Memphis, TN.
Provide leadership and oversee the business operations of the Memphis Area Command including: 1) financial operations with an annual budget of over $10,000,000; 2) facility and safety management for multiple sites of over 160,000 square feet spanning over 25 acres; 3) information technology supporting over 100; and, 4) management of the Kroc Center, which is an arts, recreational, worship and educational facility with over 10,000 members. Responsible for six direct reports and over 115 regular fulltime, part time and casual employees. Work closely with Memphis Area Commander/Kroc Officer in implementing the strategic plan, setting priorities; ensuring sound fiscal and budgetary management; and, adhering to all policies and procedures.
