As the Director, Workforce Innovation, you will lead the strategic approach, definition, design and creation of some of the most compelling digital products at Johnson & Johnson. You will join a new team inside Global Communication that is focused on workforce innovation and building digital and mobile products that our employees love and use every day.
Your first challenge is to build our lab for workforce innovation. That means that you have a background in technology, research, strategy, or user experience design. You have great business acumen and excel at conducting and leading market and product research, as well as user research. You also have a comprehensive understanding of analytics and emerging technology platforms.
More importantly, you are a master at synthesizing this knowledge into the most compelling product ideas that benefit users and the business. You understand that the process is iterative. You anticipate setbacks and know when to pivot. You recognize and love great design and are comfortable leading interdisciplinary teams throughout the complete product lifecycle, providing strategic support and insights that help the final product become the best it can be.
