Indeed.com is seeking an EMEA Site Operations Lead in Dublin, Ireland.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to international P&L programs
- Discover and implement process automation and optimization opportunities through analysis, reporting and scripting
- Identify content generation and lead qualification business opportunities
- Leverage Indeed’s internal network of contractors to generate efficiencies and improve business processes
- Collect and address EMEA operational requests received via several channels (meetings, emails, google form, jira tickets)
- Improve international communication channels by fostering collaboration among EMEA and US teams in coordination with the BizOps team in Austin
- Provide logistical support to all EMEA offices in collaboration with the Strategy team in Austin
