Caribou Coffee is seeking a Senior Director of IT Business Applications in Minneapolis, MN.
The Senior Director of IT Business Applications is responsible to provide management and oversight of all business software applications and related technologies. This includes strategic planning, technical requirements definition and review, systems selection, application setup/configuration/implementation, integration and custom application development. Additionally, this includes ensuring a sound integration exists between solutions (packaged, Software as a Service (SaaS), and custom developed) as well as any enhancements to related solutions. This role also provides coaching and support for all team members within the Business Applications team, as well as builds and maintains relationships with business users, vendors and other stakeholders.
