Intel is seeking a Strategic Program Director in Austin, TX.
o The Strategic Program Director (DPD) is the lead services executive assigned as the focal point for their assigned client, working closely with the assigned Technical Architect.
o The SPD serves as the onsite executive representing Intel within the client’s Program Management Office (PMO). The Client’s PMO has the charter to develop and implement multiple parallel, very strategic, very complex, multi-year, multi-phase technology initiatives.
o The SPD ensures client needs are satisfied and expectations properly managed by constructing effective partnerships between the Program Office, Client Executive Staff, Vendor/Partner Executives participating in the technology initiatives, and our Aepona Product BU Sales & Executive Management staff.
o The SPD oversees the execution of strategic customer initiatives, comfortable in both technical and business discussions and capable of bridging both to find solutions
o The SPD understands diverse offerings provided by Intel, build relationships with distributed teams and encourages collaboration in the creation of solutions
o The SPD builds client satisfaction by influencing the business and technology strategy discussions taking place within the client and partner executive organizations and ensuring on-going program oversight and alignment to client expectations.
o The SPD works closely with project delivery resources to ensure issues or roadblocks are escalated to the responsible owners and are proactively mitigated to avoid impact to business goals.
o The SPD oversees contractual cost, schedule, and service or product deliverables as they relate to the delivery organization. The SPD coordinates Intel and client resources to ensure achievement of program objectives. The SPD supports the Account Executive (AE) in identifying growth opportunities and in developing account strategy.
