Pepperdine University is seeking a Director of the Seaver Student Success Center in Malibu, CA.
This person will supervise the recruitment, hiring, and training of all academic tutors, workshop facilitators and SSSC staff and manage the scheduling of the SSSC services; develop, refine, and assess academic support services and academic success workshops; work with the Associate Dean of Seaver to plan and assess SSSC services; oversee the administration of SSSC budget and all additional tutoring workshops; create and enact strategies to promote and publicize services to student and faculty populations; work efficiently and compassionately with students and faculty of diverse populations to facilitate student success; uphold the University mission through work performed, and other duties as assigned.
