The Director, Marketing works closely with the General Manager in planning, directing, and managing all marketing operations of the Memphis Redbirds, LLC to achieve all individual and departmental goals for sponsorship revenue and promotions. This position is responsible for the hiring, training, and development of the marketing staff as well as actively developing and maintaining sponsors to help realize all company goals by driving sponsorship sales and creating new and innovative inventory to sell through promotions development.
