This person directs, leads and oversees the activities, programs and daily operations of the Internal Communications, Media & Community Relations departments as well as Executive Communications. Develops and implements communication plans and procedures aligned with the MLH vision and priorities, while encouraging stakeholder commitment to the organizational vision, supporting marketing/communication strategies, and facilitating the achievement of the Balanced Scorecard objectives. Models appropriate behavior as exemplified in The Methodist Mission, Vision and Values.
