The Director of Digital Quality will be responsible for developing, establishing, executing and enforcing Digital Quality standards and processes which includes; user acceptance testing, quality reviews, website support review, trending analysis and action, understanding the impacts of site performance and error reporting, ensure alignment and gain insights from HRCC.
