EA is seeking a Director of Business Management in Austin, TX.
The Director of Business Management into the Global Director of Business Operations and will be responsible for three primary areas of the business: Strategic Planning, Project Management Office and Business Management. With a team of three subject matter experts reporting into this position, the Director of Business Management & PMO will provide direction, leadership, structure and adherence to each of the three main functional areas of this position:
- Strategic Planning – Maintain a three year roadmap, manage the annual planning process to achieve the roadmap as well as the initiatives and resources needed to achieve our goals.
- PMO – Work with stakeholders to refine and manage a project management framework to include project requests, project prioritization, phase gate approval and tracking / reporting.
- Business Management – Establish, communicate and drive a framework to maintain business unit adherence to budget, headcount, business process and business metrics.
