Christ Community Health Services is searching for a new CEO in Memphis, TN.
The Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) shall be the chief staff officer of the Corporation, shall carry out the purposes of the Corporation under the direction of the Board of Directors (“Board”), in accordance with the law, the charter of the Corporation, and the bylaws of the Corporation. The CEO shall be authorized to do all things necessary and appropriate to ensure the day-to-day operation of the Corporation, subject to the established policies and direction of the Board, the charter of the Corporation, and the bylaws of the Corporation, including, but not limited to, the authority to supervise the staff of the Corporation. The CEO shall be a non-voting, ex officio member of the Board.
