Rhodes College is seeking an Associate Director of Admission in Memphis, TN.
This person will assist the Admission Office in meeting its enrollment goals by working with prospective students, parents and guidance counselors in the recruitment of students. Duties include, but are not limited to, speaking with and/or interviewing prospective students and parents when they visit the College to discuss their admission qualifications and to explain the value/benefits of a Rhodes education.
Defining annual goals in conjunction with the Director for assigned market segments. Effectively use data to develop informed recruitment and yield plans for assigned market segments. Planning, arranging and executing approximately six to ten weeks of recruitment related events in assigned market segments. Building and maintaining relationships, encourage applications and promote campus visits with prospective students in assigned market segments.
