This person assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates clinical orientation and professional development programs for clinical staff. Develops content and provides instruction related to organization-wide clinical learning and professional development initiatives incorporating evidence based practices. Plans and organizes conferences, seminars, and continuing medical/nursing/clinical education activites. Utilizes various teaching strategies, information sources, and evaluation methods to promote an environment of continuous learning and professional growth.
