Under the leadership of the IT Director of Business Application Services, the IT Manager of Technology Development leads, supervises, and provides technical expertise to the staff in the testing, reporting, and requirements gathering of our IT applications and projects that support the business processes of the District as well as facilitates the work efforts with the teams associated customers, vendors, and business partners through coordinated efforts and assisted direction.
