Lead the development and formulation of an Express global strategic plan that is integrated with FedEx and other operating companies, and which directly impacts Express financial returns. Represents FedEx Express’ strategic position and interests with other operating companies. Monitors and maintains integrity of strategic plan through the long range planning and budgeting processes. Acts as consultant to entities tasked with implementing strategic plan initiatives, and reports to senior management on the progress and effectiveness of those initiatives. Develops and coordinates management planning and performance forums for Express and Services management.
