The Director, Software Shared Services will have responsibility for developing and optimizing a scalable and secure integrated SaaS operational foundation, including defining business model best practices and working closely with R&D and Infrastructure teams to define and optimize all systems administration in multiple disparate technical areas; networks, storage, datacenters and enterprise class databases.
