Partners with business leaders to develop short and long term solutions that deliver on overall business strategy. Leads the design, development and implementation of solutions that improve the end-to-end customer experience. Directs and manages a team that supports and project manages software enhancement from inception to user acceptance testing for the current and future business delivery models. Actively partners with Process Improvement, Planning, Route Optimization & Scheduling, Field Service Operations and Fleet Management teams to ensure delivered solutions meet all business requirements.
