Responsible for developing and implementing the communications strategies and supporting programs that build and protect ServiceMaster’s corporate reputation. Ensures that company vision, mission, goals, performance and key messages are effectively communicated to associates, media and other key stakeholders. Also responsible for day-to-day management of internal communications/PR team, including performance management, talent development, budgeting and resource allocation.
