The Senior Director of Development will work in conjunction with the VP and Managing Director. The Team Member will directly impact the revenue and growth of Hilton Worldwide through the development and implementation of the strategic sales plan within a geographic region for franchise and management contract sales; in accordance with our prescribed business practices and Hilton’s strategic growth objectives.
