Reporting to the Director of Applications within the Information Technology Services department, the Programmer Analyst performs analysis and design of application software and manages the implementation of technology projects in a higher education environment. The Programmer Analyst also performs programming, testing, documentation, and deployment of systems. Incumbent responsibilities include supporting vendor products, in-house databases and web-based solutions. Responsibilities entail business analysis, design/development, integration and daily support of applications assigned.
