Responsibilities:
- Establishes operations standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety and complete on-time delivery of a quality food product.
- Directs implementation and execution of restaurant policies and procedures throughout the assigned market.
- Builds, develops and manages an operations team capable of carrying out needed operations strategies and improving employee and guest relations.
- Provides leadership for problem resolution to facilitate faster improvements and improved working relationships.
- Oversees operations budget to ensure compliance with organizational expenditure requirements.
- Ensures local store marking initiatives are developed and executed
- Partners with the corporate staff in achieving business results
- Ensures compliance with all state and federal restaurant regulations.
