The Team Lead for European Markets works with the Northern European Regional Manager to optimize Indeed’s products and processes in international markets. Team Leads are assigned responsibility for multiple markets where they will provide day-to-day supervision for Country Managers, and help Regional Managers identify and resolve procedural bottlenecks and quality issues.
In addition, Team Leads take responsibility for building strategy and streamlining communication channels. This will involve working closely with International Product, Engineering, and Marketing Managers, as well as the wider Indeed Management Team.
