News Radio 600 WREC, a ClearChannel station, is seeking a News Director.
The candidate will anchor news on weekdays as well as update news content on our website and maintain WREC social media sites. You will need to be able to write and send new stories for the News Hub for the remainder of the day and be engaged throughout the day for updates and major news stories.
This person will assist in developing guests and content for Memphis Morning News and assist in the daily imaging of the station, which includes scheduling , maintaining a station blog and relevant local and national news.
