AutoZone is seeking a Senior UX Specialist in Memphis, TN.
The Sr. UX Specialist is the primary Information Architect responsible for defining the customer experience across all customer facing digital platforms. This person will provide positive user experience by determining information structure for Web sites and other Web and Mobile applications.
This position will work directly with the product / program management team to develop UX strategies and UX / IA specifications that will improve the performance usability and effectiveness of customer facing interfaces.
