SRVS is seeking an Employment Consultant – Community Employment in Memphis, TN.
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Community Employment, the Employment Consultant’s primary responsibility is to provide vocational services to individuals maximizing their potential utilizing best practices in job readiness, assessment, job development, and job coaching and job retention activities. Other primary responsibilities include providing support and training to employers and businesses in the community who are interested in diversifying their workforce.
