TOMS is seeking a Director of Sales Operations in Los Angeles, CA.
This position is responsible for managing US and International (non-Europe) wholesale sales orders from creation through customer delivery. Provides effective post-delivery customer service to the same channels. Works with Sales and Supply Chain team to develop and implement an integrated sales order fulfillment and customer service strategy, including driving year-over-year improvements.
