YMCA is seeking a Vice President of Development in Dallas, TX.
Working directly with the President, the Development team of nine, under the leadership of the Vice President, will raise over $1M annually through the Board of Directors campaign, support the work of the YMCA branches to raise an additional $3.4M in annual campaign gifts, support the YMCA Foundation currently valued at $24M, secure an additional $2.5M in other gifts/grants, complete the second half of a $46M Capital Campaign and consistently deliver the messages of the Y to key leaders, our staff, members and the community.
