USA Volleyball is seeking a Director of Development.
The Director, Development is a regular full-time position reporting directly to the CEO and works closely with the USA Volleyball Foundation (USAVF) Board of Directors. The incumbent works jointly with the USAVF Chair in carrying out the Foundation mission. In addition, the position is responsible for: leading philanthropic gifting for USA Volleyball; creating and delivering a comprehensive successful Development strategic plan; launching new fundraising events, programs, and campaigns and increasing engagement with current members, alumni, donors, and fans. The position is located in the Greater LA area. Extensive hours may be required to include, nights and weekends. Moderate travel is necessary.
