Plated is redefining America’s dinner experience, and they are looking to bring on board a Director, People Business Partner, Field Operations. You will build, develop, and lead an effective and engaged field People Team in service of the long-term growth strategy for Plated and in support of a highly-satisfied and developed workforce, all the while meeting expectations of core KPIs including cost, capacity, engagement & effectiveness. This role will report directly to the SVP of People, and will partner closely with our VP of Fulfillment Operations, General Counsel, and Food Safety/Quality team.
