The Sr. Manager of Industrial Engineering will have direct responsibility for leading the Industrial Engineering team in the field and will lead continuous improvement efforts from an engineering perspective which in turn will yield high results for the Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Supply Chain. They will partner with the regional leadership and operations teams to ensure the IE department is providing effective and safe process operation guidance and support. The Sr. Manager will have the lead role in driving the LMS implementation across the facilities and the on-going process for managing labor productivity.
