Adult Swim is seeking a Marketing Assistant in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Marketing Assistant is responsible for executing the administrative tasks of the AS Consumer Marketing department and providing support to the Adult Swim Consumer Marketing team. This will include: Coordinating marketing department meetings and inter-departmental meetings; Maintaining all department records, including production calendars, contracts, approvals, competitive approval, ratings, artwork, etc.; Assisting with campaign and social media workflow;-Assisting with acquiring assets and organizing/maintaining department Server; Producing decks and presentation materials; Managing On-Air department administrative support as determined by VP of On-Air and producers; Managing department technology needs and requests, supplies, premiums, etc.; Supporting the VP of Marketing and VP of On-Air with administrative help, such as travel, expenses, etc.
