Terminix is seeking a Director of National Accounts in Memphis, TN.
Directs all aspects of National Account service and service implementation, including oversight of operations strategy, policy design and procedures. Develops long- and short-term strategies for departmental interactions amongst support teams. Develops and ensures a customer-focus environment and focus on quality measures to support National Account customers.
