Rhodes College is seeking an Assistant Director of Annual Giving in Memphis, TN.
The Assistant Director of Annual Giving is responsible for procuring annual, restricted and deferred gifts to the College in accordance with the department’s goals. Specific emphasis on securing leadership gifts. Direct the ongoing development of the Parent Council including recruiting and managing the Parent Council – its campaigns, meetings and other development-related parent programs. Direct the ongoing development of the Red and Black Society ($1,000 – $4,999) including recruiting and managing the Executive Committee – its campaigns, meetings and other Red and Black programs or events. Cultivate prospects, solicit leadership annual gifts, and provide stewardship for a portfolio of donors. Run mini campaigns as assigned by the Vice President of Development.
