This person will perform a key role working with high potential executives. A primary responsibility of the role will be to lead all aspects of the Leaders-to-Executives (L2E) program including recruiting, talent management, high-potential development and program management. The goal of this program is to develop the next generation of high-performing, general management minded executives by giving them accelerated learning opportunities in various aspects of the business. High-potential MBA graduates move through a series of leadership roles that give them the experiences they need to accelerate their growth toward the organization’s most senior roles.
