REI is seeking a Director of Outdoor Programs and Outreach in Kent, Washington.
The Director of Outdoor Programs and Outreach contributes to REI’s success by leading the strategy, planning and execution for REI’s outdoor programs and outreach (OPO), including education, volunteer and recreational programs and events. The OPO Director is responsible for identifying and developing sources of incremental growth; creating opportunities for diverse customers to actively participate and engage with REI; build and maintain appropriate infrastructure to support and manage growth, and achieve REI Corporate Social Responsibility goals. The OPO Director influences and collaborates across divisions and channels to get resources and support to develop strategies and execute business plans.
