REI is seeking a Director of Strategy in Kent, Washington.
The Director of Strategy contributes to REI’s success by supporting the development of REI’s overall Co-op strategy through leading the planning and execution of key cross functional initiatives with senior divisional leaders. This role will also assist with business development (M&A) activity along with other special topics. As the Strategy function expands this role could potentially be a successor to the current Head of Strategy. The Director of Strategy models and acts in accordance with REI’s guiding values and mission while executing on key areas.
