RetailMeNot.com is seeking a Vice President, Product – Monetization in Austin, TX.
This job is all about the money – and the products and experiences that unlock those dollars on mobile. RetailMeNot (RMN) has a rich heritage of helping users save money online, typically via their desktop or laptop computer. But shoppers, along with the rest of the world, have gone mobile, and we need to change our game accordingly, from rethinking our mobile experiences to rethinking our business model for mobile scale.
You’ll have a tremendous set of world class resources at your disposal – one of the top rated and ranked lifestyle and shopping apps in the market, a massive mobile user base (tens of millions of MAUs), and a skilled team of product managers, designers, and engineers. We need someone with a playbook for monetizing those assets in a mobile world, and who understands how to apply that playbook to the retail and dining space.
In addition to great mobile skills and strong business acumen, you must be a strong leader – from developing and unlocking the best in your direct reports to inspiring and motivating the rest of the organization with a strong vision for what a winning mobile future looks like.
