Hilton Worldwide is seeking a Manager of Hotel Openings in Memphis, TN.
The Manager of Hotel Openings will provide proactive management and guidance, on all levels, for pre-opening hotels. The Team Member will foster trust, loyalty, and confidence for owners, management, and hotel teams during the hotel opening process. The Manager of Hotel Openings will follow the hotel opening processes, and identify opportunities to impact the brand’s ramp up performance for newly open hotels. A communication plan for each new property will be established to ensure touch points are conducted with hotel and the BPS Director, Sales, and Revenue Management teams occur frequently. The Team Member will ensure hotel ownership, management, and hotel openings teams are aware of all brand and enterprise initiatives.
