The Digital Director will provide oversight of e-commerce, m-commerce and store innovation team. The Director is responsible for defining the strategic direction of Web, Mobile Web, Mobile Application and other systems under his/her leadership with the input of the team, markets, customers and users. The Director provides strategic leadership to develop a global Digital program that can be utilized for all markets across KFC globally. It is the Director’s responsibility to build a central team that will drive the process and resolve issues associated with any market projects. They will define the annual goals for the team and provide coaching, leadership and guidance in growing his/her teams individual career path.
