Noodles & Company is seeking a Vice President of Franchises in Denver, CO.
The VP of Franchise will lead and manage all aspects of our relationships with and support for our franchise business model. This includes our existing franchisees (FAOs) and business development for prospective franchisees. The VP will have full responsibility for achieving our franchise growth objectives through adding new franchisees and managing Area Development Agreement (ADA) compliance for FAOs. The VP will also oversee all areas of operational and other support for our FAOs through inter-departmental leadership with N&C’s major departments and building long-term relationships of influence and impact with our FAOs and their teams. Major leadership and required experience must center on leading our support, alongside our departments, on business development, legal, real estate, training, operations and marketing. This individual must possess the ability to lead a small, but high functioning department as well as be a key advocate for our FAOs while balancing their needs and those of our departments and agreed upon levels of support simultaneously.
