TIAA-CREF is seeking a Director of Metrics and Reporting in Denver, CO.
The individual in this position will lead the Metrics and Reporting team to provide business intelligence support to the Client Services Group by means of defining, developing, standardizing and automating operational and performance metrics and reporting. This position requires a high degree of business acumen, proven leadership abilities, and the ability to work with and manage large amounts of data. The Metrics team is a utility function responsible for data and reporting across most business units within the Client Services Group, including the Front, Middle and Back Offices. The key focus of this position is to lead the team to convert data into business information. This is done by connecting a variety of data sources into flexible and dynamic self-service dashboards and solving analytical problems. This position requires an expert-level grasp of data and database technologies and an ability to develop visualizations that assist business leadership in understanding patterns, dependencies and interconnections of key metrics.
