Robert Half (the recruiting firm) is seeking a Content Creation Manager in Memphis, TN. This person will work at a large international company located in Memphis.
The Content Creation Manager will be responsible for leading the content team in the development, support and implementation of product content related initiatives Products including Knowledge Management, contact center focused training material, and omni-channel support including consumer self-service, chat, email and phone interactions. Responsible for managing the creation and delivery of all content delivery channels, including user manual review, videos, text, links and images as well as the quality assurance of all documents prior to publishing. This person will work cross functionally with Customer Service, Tech Support and Marketing teams as needed.
This position is slated to pay between $80K and $90K per year.
