Chili’s is seeking a Culinary Project Manager at their headquarters in Dallas, Texas.

This position will be responsible for creating testing materials to support culinary rollouts for National product launches, culinary tests, and miscellaneous tests.

Key Performance Elements/Essential Functions:

Creates culinary operations support materials for National product launches:

  • Partner with cross functional teams to coordinate and create all HOH material
  • Partner with Franchise teams on special needs or differences from Corporate guides
  • Effectively manage time and information to deliver within project timelines
  • Own all Aloha Menulink information and ensure accurate recipes

Creates culinary operations support materials for culinary tests and miscellaneous tests:

  • Partner with cross functional teams to coordinate and create all HOH material
  • Effectively manage time and information to deliver within project timelines
  • Own all Aloha Menulink information and ensure accurate recipes
  • Own and coordinate all communications to test restaurants

Diagnose and troubleshoot Aloha Menulink issues:

  • Own Menulink mailbox
  • Own all Aloha Menulink recipes, changes, and updates
  • Partner with cross functional teams to identify issues, challenges, and efficiencies to troubleshoot
  • Investigate operator feedback to ensure accuracy of all recipes; past and present
