The Client Success Manager is an individual who possesses strong digital skills and direct client/customer service experience to join our growing Client Services team.
Responsibilities include:
- Work directly with clients ranging from SMB to Enterprise
- Manage employee content generation and pay-per-click (PPC) recruiting advertising campaigns, measuring and evaluating metrics to determine ROI for clients
- Proactively manages clients’ satisfaction and product delivery by anticipating potential problems, monitoring client satisfaction and measuring ROI
- Multi-task and work well under tight deadlines in supporting a dynamic sales team in a fast paced environment
- Serve as a product expert to clients, as well as members of the Sales Teams
